Dr. Zishan Raza Khan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Integral University, Lucknow. A Certified Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Laboratory Quality Management System Auditor, he specializes in sustainable infrastructure, construction materials, and quality assurance.

He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Integral University and M.Tech and B.Tech degrees in Structural and Civil Engineering from ZHCET, AMU. His research focuses on recycled concrete aggregates, permeable pavements, and urban drainage. He co-invented the patented Water Dust Separator for Clog-Resistant Water Transmissible Pavements and has a published patent on stormwater treatment systems.

With 25+ Scopus/WoS-indexed papers, 2 books, and several book chapters, Dr. Khan’s work bridges research, innovation, and practice. He has also provided consultancy to UPMRC, MoRTH, Prasar Bharati, and UP Irrigation Department.
