IGS Mumbai Chapter keeps itself abreast of latest technologies by arranging various seminars. The society has eminent Foundation Engineers and Soil Engineers as members and has grown to a strength of 170 members.

The organisation of the Mumbai Chapter is well structured and team spirit has been its hall mark. By virtue of concerted efforts of the Executive Committee, the Mumbai Chapter was awarded the “Best Chapter Award” in 1997.

IGS Mumbai Chapter Membership Drive

IGS Mumbai chapter has recently resolved and approved in the latest AGM that the annual membership fee of the IGS Mumbai Chapter will be waived for all new members for the next six months, up to the end of June 2026. The situation will be reviewed thereafter. All new members must compulsorily be Life Members of the IGS main body. This initiative is intended to encourage new memberships in the chapter.
